To increase customer engagement on the loyalty program, an email Marketing Automation project was structured:

  • Campaigns push sent periodically to dynamic target of users with score fidelity slightly below the achievement of advertised rewards
  • Reminder campaigns that report on the dynamic field the customer's point balance at the time of target extraction

  • Before campaigns began, an average of 70 prizes per day. In just two months we have reached an average of 200 prizes per day.
