Creation & Management of Userbase

Update the contacts in each list through quick or automated procedures. You can define different do-not-disturb policies for each list and create a dedicated customer experience for user clusters. It is possible to manage one or more double opt-in and opt-out forms to keep you compliant with privacy regulations.

Contact lists

You can create and manage up to 500 lists per account with fields for email, mobile number, first name, last name, and other socio-demographic data (gender, date of birth, province, region, etc.). All data can be used to personalize the variable content of email and SMS communications or used as filtering criteria for creating specific targets.

List Updates

On Mail-Maker, it is possible to update an entire contact list or a single record through:
– Web interface (CRUD or file upload in CSV/Excel format)
– Batch procedure (data transfer via FTP/SFTP)
- Web Service
Updates can be incremental or complete; Mail-Maker will identify the changed records and perform only the necessary updates.

Do-Not-Disturb Policies

With Mail-Maker, it is possible to define different do-not-disturb policies for each list. You can set the maximum limit of communications that each of your users will receive within a specific time frame (daily, weekly, monthly). This tool will allow you to establish the right balance between engagement and ROI for each cluster.

Opt-in e Double Opt-in

It is possible to create one or more opt-in forms to integrate into your website, using Google reCAPTCHA services. The automated Double Opt-in system will enable you to comply with current regulations and maintain a high reputation for your lists, avoiding dangerous spam traps. All records can retain the association with the FKEY (foreign key) of the originating database. Otherwise, the email or mobile number will be used, which will remain unique within the same list. Each list can be assigned to a different customer manager, ensuring that all communications regarding data processing are directed to them.

Unsubscribe

Cancellation requests can be sent to Mail-Maker through the following channels:
– Click on the link present in the email campaign
– Feedback Loop through the recipient's email provider
– List-Unsubscribe from Web Client
– Reporting to the email address abuse@mail-maker.com
– Integration with the client's opt-out system via Web Service
– Upload of list updates by the client
Regardless of how the request is received, it is recorded and processed within a few minutes, removing the contact from any ongoing mailings as well.

– DKIM signature
– SPF protocol
– DMARC activation upon request
– Adherence to Feedback Loop protocols
– Return-Path certification
– Automatic blacklist system
– List updates with protection (optional) against previous cancellations
– Dedicated sending IP addresses for each client
– Optional routing to subclasses of dedicated IPs among those in use for certain senders
– Activation of dedicated domains for links and static content
