Digital Metrics may process your personal data as a data processor on behalf of its customers, including resellers and distributors, for identity verification purposes. These third parties provide identity verification services for purposes such as AML regulations, age verification, and fraud prevention.

Personal data collected by our data controller partners may be transmitted or used on behalf of our customers for the purposes mentioned above. Our customers may operate in industries such as identity verification.
3. How Digital Metrics Processes Data
Personal data is processed manually and electronically, using
automated and non-automated tools.
Only authorized personnel have access to personal data, and only for
the time necessary to fulfill specific processing purposes.
3.1. Data Communication and Disclosure
Data may be communicated to other service providers, always
located within the European Union, appointed as Data Processors on behalf of Digital Metrics.

process requests or provide services. Afterward, such data will be permanently deleted.

be retained for the duration of the contract, and contact details (name, surname, location, company) will be
retained for marketing purposes for up to 24 months, unless the customer objects or requests deletion.

They can request the correction, deletion, or limitation of data processing and
object to data processing for legitimate reasons.

Spetta inoltre all’interessato, qualora cliente di Digital Metrics, il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, i propri dati personali e di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare. In tali casi l’interessato, se tecnicamente possibile, ha diritto di ottenere la trasmissione diretta dei dati.
Qualora necessario, al fine di accertare la corretta identità dell’interessato, Digital Metrics potrà chiedere di fornire ulteriori informazioni o documenti che garantiscano la legittimità dell’esercizio dei diritti.
