Integration
MAIL-MAKER features Web Services (including https protocol) for integration with your operational platforms. Thanks to a collaboration with Capgemini, MAIL-MAKER can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Data Warehouse (DWH) can integrate your CRM data analysis with feedback from executed EMAIL/SMS campaigns.
Web service
Mail-Maker offers a range of Web Services, including on the HTTPS protocol. It provides operations for: Uploading new lists Synchronizing lists (in/out) Creating shipping targets by declaring the FKEYs of individual contacts Creating or updating a campaign Scheduling the dispatch Acquiring the FKEYs of contacts Obtaining statistical and detailed data for each contact involved in the communication.
Microsoft Dynamics
Thanks to a close collaboration with Capgemini, Mail-Maker is fully integrable with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Customers using this platform can integrate CRM services with Mail-Maker's functions in a white-label mode.
Data Warehousing
Mail-Maker has a Data Warehousing module that integrates the analysis of behavioral data from EMAIL/SMS campaigns with data from clients' CRM/ERP systems to produce:
– RFM analysis (recency, frequency, monetary)
– clustering of records
– creation of special targets
– analysis of in-store promotion campaigns
Opt-in e Double Opt-in
It is possible to create one or more opt-in forms to integrate into your website, using Google reCAPTCHA services. The automated Double Opt-in system will enable you to comply with current regulations and maintain a high reputation for your lists, avoiding dangerous spam traps. All records can retain the association with the FKEY (foreign key) of the originating database. Otherwise, the email or mobile number will be used, which will remain unique within the same list. Each list can be assigned to a different customer manager, ensuring that all communications regarding data processing are directed to them.
Unsubscribe
Cancellation requests can be sent to Mail-Maker through the following channels:
– Click on the link present in the email campaign
– Feedback Loop through the recipient's email provider
– List-Unsubscribe from Web Client
– Reporting to the email address abuse@mail-maker.com
– Integration with the client's opt-out system via Web Service
– Upload of list updates by the client
Regardless of how the request is received, it is recorded and processed within a few minutes, removing the contact from any ongoing mailings as well.
Reputation
Mail-Maker adopts the following strategies:
– DKIM signature
– SPF protocol
– DMARC activation upon request
– Adherence to Feedback Loop protocols
– Return-Path certification
– Automatic blacklist system
– List updates with protection (optional) against previous cancellations
– Dedicated sending IP addresses for each client
– Optional routing to subclasses of dedicated IPs among those in use for certain senders
– Activation of dedicated domains for links and static content
