PLANNING & RETARGETING

MAIL-MAKER allows you to schedule sends by selecting entire lists or merging multiple lists with the option to include or exclude contacts based on demographic criteria (age, gender, date of birth) or geographic criteria (e.g., postal code). The platform enables you to create retargeting actions by collecting feedback from users contacted via email and SMS and/or tracking user actions through CRM data acquisition.

Targeting

Selection of an entire list, or merging multiple lists with additional optional inclusion/exclusion features based on
– Demographic criteria (age, gender, date of birth)
– Geographic criteria
– Additional sociodemographic criteria
– Behavioral criteria
– Deduplication by recipient (yes/no)
– Maximum extraction limit
– Exclusion of email domains

Scheduling

The planning and sending tools of the Platform allow you to:
– Select the email or SMS channel
– Check the preview
– Specify the date and time of the sending
– Select a specific Campaign sender, or by list
– Select a footer (and corresponding header), or use a variable one for the list
– Characterize the Campaign
– Check the spam level assigned by SpamAssassin
– Request approval from the various List Managers

Re-targeting

The platform allows you to create new targets by gathering feedback from the contacted users:
– Based on interaction with the messaging (Open/Click)
– With tracking of activities recorded on the client's websites (Lead or Sale) or the Mail-Maker platform (coupon downloads, etc.)
Other re-targeting can be processed by acquiring CRM data on the Mail-Maker database:
– Product sales
– Participation in in-store events

Opt-in e Double Opt-in

It is possible to create one or more opt-in forms to integrate into your website, using Google reCAPTCHA services. The automated Double Opt-in system will enable you to comply with current regulations and maintain a high reputation for your lists, avoiding dangerous spam traps. All records can retain the association with the FKEY (foreign key) of the originating database. Otherwise, the email or mobile number will be used, which will remain unique within the same list. Each list can be assigned to a different customer manager, ensuring that all communications regarding data processing are directed to them.

Unsubscribe

Cancellation requests can be sent to Mail-Maker through the following channels:
– Click on the link present in the email campaign
– Feedback Loop through the recipient's email provider
– List-Unsubscribe from Web Client
– Reporting to the email address abuse@mail-maker.com
– Integration with the client's opt-out system via Web Service
– Upload of list updates by the client
Regardless of how the request is received, it is recorded and processed within a few minutes, removing the contact from any ongoing mailings as well.

Reputation

Mail-Maker adopts the following strategies:
– DKIM signature
– SPF protocol
– DMARC activation upon request
– Adherence to Feedback Loop protocols
– Return-Path certification
– Automatic blacklist system
– List updates with protection (optional) against previous cancellations
– Dedicated sending IP addresses for each client
– Optional routing to subclasses of dedicated IPs among those in use for certain senders
– Activation of dedicated domains for links and static content
