Features & functionalities
Creation & Management of UserBase
Create up to 500 lists per account, each containing basic personal data (email, mobile number, first name, last name) as well as other sociodemographic information. Update the contacts in each list through quick or automated procedures. You can define different no-disturb policies for each list and create a tailored customer experience for user clusters. It is possible to manage one or more Double opt-in and opt-out forms to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
Automation & Personalization
With the MARKETING AUTOMATION TOOL BOX, you can design your client's individual communication plan. In the email templates and SMS copy, you can include dynamic elements from your database: user's name, gender, loyalty points balance, and last purchase. With MAIL-MAKER, you'll also be able to generate and manage the distribution of unique coupons with barcodes such as EAN8/13, QR code, Code-39, and 128.
Planning & Retargeting
MAIL-MAKER allows you to schedule sends by selecting entire lists or merging multiple lists with the option to include or exclude contacts based on demographic criteria (age, gender, date of birth) or geographic criteria (e.g., postal code). The platform enables you to create retargeting actions by collecting feedback from users contacted via email and SMS and/or tracking user actions through CRM data acquisition.
Integration
MAIL-MAKER features Web Services (including https protocol) for integration with your operational platforms. Thanks to a collaboration with Capgemini, MAIL-MAKER can be integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Data Warehouse (DWH) can integrate your CRM data analysis with feedback from executed EMAIL/SMS campaigns.
Analytics
Through the MAIL-MAKER control panel, you can analyze and consult your Account information: statistical data on lists, total number of lists, active contacts, bounce rate, etc. With our proprietary DMP, we can create customized dashboards with analytical and predictive functionalities for your Relationship Marketing.
Feedback tracker
The statistics of each Campaign are tracked for 15 days from the sending date, and it is possible to request an extension of the tracking service if the call-to-action is more extensive. With the Extra-Tracking control panel, marketers can configure integrated web tracking for the DeM campaign on their own website and on third-party sites.
